Khushiyon Ki Mehfil: Muskurahatain Baant’tay Hue at Sahara Village Old Age Home

As part of the Maarka-e-Haq Independence celebration series, Newports Institute organized Khushiyon Ki Mehfil at Sahara Village Old Age Home on 6th August 2025, spreading joy, warmth, and heartfelt connections.

Led by Dr. Huma Bukhari, along with the management and students, the visit celebrated Independence Day with elderly residents through goodie bag distribution, national songs, musical performances, and shared laughter. The event honored the elders whose lives and experiences have shaped our nation.

The gathering truly reflected the spirit of “Muskurahatain Baant’tay Hue”, reminding everyone that sometimes the greatest gift we can offer is our time, care, and a sincere smile.
