Probation and Withdrawal
If the CGPA of any Undergraduate student falls below 2.00 or any Graduate student falling below 2.50, the student will be put on probation till the awarding of degree. The student must secure the minimum CGPA required to graduate. If the student fails to do so under the maximum given time duration of the degree program, they will be asked to withdraw from the program.

Semester Leave / Freezing Semester Policy
Due to unforeseen circumstances and personal situations beyond students’ control, the student is allowed to drop the course or freeze the semester within the first two weeks of the commencement of the semester.
Unfair Means Cases
Any student found giving or receiving assistance, or found guilty of copying from any resource or allowing another candidate to copy from his answer book, or using/attempting to use these or any unfair means, shall be expelled by the Head Supervisor from the examination of that day and subsequent day, if any.
If a student is found in activities such as plagiarism, deception, sabotage, and cheating, the relevant authorities will take the appropriate action as per the policies of the institute.
